the propaganda of militarism is so subtle those who join think they do of their own free will . there is also the belief the uniform and trraditions confirm superiority over non military. that is also part of the propaganda .
it can also be seen how a sickness can infect the military mind with obessiion over weapons like the bombs which destroyed nagasaki and hiroshima.
the ideas of computers being put to use for constitutions as computer programs is alien to the military mind. while the military perpetuates the illussion of superiority it fals on many levels. however if those who do no think like the military are joined with them on a ship the captain justifies control by saying integraton and uniform code requirred . one example ia the punching of a maquis crew member by his commander who said when the crew member objected that punching the crew member was also the maquis way.

once upon a time in camelot the autos were slain.
once upon a time in the realm of king arthur in england after the fall of rome a strange event occured. from a gate way issues rows of cars and from
the tail pies of cars iissued soldiers who rose into the atmosphere and began to overwhelm the forces of king arthur .
hearing of this arthur called his councillers and merlin to develop a plan to stop this.
the plan they came up with was to seek mercenaries with magical properties .
merlin called for bowl of water and said he would scry for them.
he searched throughall the earth beyond but found none then he searched beyond it and there he found what he sought. reflected within the bowl were images of archers which fired arrows which gave an energy charge laying low groups of green creatures on a highway. nearby liing the road were purple clad spell castersfrom the hands of which issued clouds of energy felling more green creatures. the soldiers and the spell casters triumphed.
''this is what we are looking for said arthur but where are they?
i believe they are in a place called akandia replied arthur.
hire them and transpport them here commanded arthur.
