There is also an article about the Bulgarian Financial Crisis and above that in top right corner an ad for Black Friday Sale in the section which also contains a headline on fiscal responsibility.   Now in the other sections on Asia there is a headline about a Pakistan suicide attack being foiled.
A connection by propaganda can be drawn bewtween fear mongering to distract people from all the billionaire homes by the headline of the BBC article stuck in 20th century.

It has a few soft articles on Polar Bears in the Alaskan wildlife reserve which is good but the one on the moons of saturn and tunafish round ou the number.  Now as to the deficit again suggest trimming the BBC News sections on web to save money with two primary sections Human Rights and Global Warming.

In addition to that all the articles in the Buisiness section like Dublin Protests cuts to public spending, will independence  bring peace to Sudan, Minsters discuss bail out deal, and the failure of Nicaragruan authorities to protect girls from rape could be resolved by making the united nations charter of human rights into a computer program and sending trustworrth united nations troops to train girls in self defence and to enforce the u.n charter. help women as well. Applied to issues of terrorism  written of by media should proof things ver well.

I suppose my suggestions about u.n computer programs could get same result by i think one big message in media would be better than their series of articles.

Why would someone hijack B.C. Ferries there is no where to go?

An article in the A.V. Times News dated 2004 i think states a Special Weapons and  Tactical  Team was training to prevent people from hijacking ferries.

This is the same paper which claims to be the community connection.

The town also features ads about meeting your real estate needs in a Tsunami
Zone. One of the dealers says he is the one you can trust. Sorry if i seem rude.

Also twice the paper has accused people of setting fire to buldings and cars and once for vandalism.
Same place where people dug up a soccer field leaving piles of dirt.

Character in Bones t.v series season 5 told character booth ot grow up

When character Booth was deciding aloud in the office of a character playing a Federal prosecutor Bones Season 5 whether or not to rejoin the army to hunt terrorists in Afghanistan the chracter told him to grow up.
This brings to mind the comparison between belief in Fairies and the belief in Identification cards with photos on them. I note that in one of the  episodes the script  could use an adjustment.
The part where one of the Characters F.B.I. Agent John Seeley Booth is asked to rejoin the army to use his
F.B.I.skills to track down terrorists in Afghanistan. I note that a cartoon in The November 25 th edition of the 2010 A.v. Valley Times  talks of screenings for air port security so my critique is United nations as computer program and sattelite could be put to use first.

I note also that at least four Hollywood films make reference to sattelite and that in the 20th century in 1980's or 1960's the first well known u.s. one was one sent to spy on cuba before the cuban missile crisis .
The film 11 days portrays that as do others. Spraaking of which the last time people predicted the world would end in 2000 people said see it did not happen so they were wrong.
The people forgot that the same scientists who dismiss that as susperstition said the world came into existance after it exploded.
That was known as The Big Bang Theory. The scientists also suggest the Universe itself will explode or has known to do so and have found exploding subns called Super Novas in it and are proud of the fact they know now that is what the subs r stars are.
So I wonder if the only reason they did not know is that they though all the preceding scientists were superstitious.

I also have concern that in addition to being to busy thinking preceding nations were superstitious they might forget about Darwin's theory of Evolution and The International Panel On Climate Change and we will have to relive history with no chance of survival.

Mailer Demon up to old tricks said peace effort mail undeliverable

Mailer demon told me in a message that my suggestion  that Norad use the U.S. Constitution as a computer program to electronically protect the nation and airspace could not be delivered because the recipient could not be found. I am sure weapons manufactureres will have no such trouble.
I also suggested that citizens could use the programs to eesentialy ensure the survival of humanity.
I also suggested that it come equipped with a forum device for direct voting.
Perhaps ideas misconstrued but appear world wide problem but I note in particular with true peace efforts and suggestions the chances of emails being rejected rise.
I also included a suggestion that the U.N. Charter do the same.

United Nations Charter as Computer Program

The United Nations Charter of Human Rights and the constutions of the world can be copuied out to disc or digital form as a computer program to scan for threats to freedom and delete from net.
The program would come equipped with a forum and messages for citizens to decide to delete fascism from the web.  This is an answer to citizens who express concern over freedoms in U.S. Constitutuion being taken away. The program could also provide security for citizens of the world by intercepting signals of missiles which use electronics and sendng a lock out meessage from citizens of the world.
This should be of interest to Norad ssince it claims on it's website to have adanced computer technology.
This also furthers the goal of The United Nations to assure peace in the world.
The Pentagon and Norad could have made such programs way back in the 1960's they had the technology.
