The propaganda in 1914 and that of the 1600's propaganda was based on the assumption that women were just passive recipients of brutality by official enemies or scape goats . Women could have been recruited to form league of nations troops already in 1914 insteaad of after war ormade into u.n. troops plus might have already been part of socialist or Marxist brigades in 1914.
1914  saw images of women ravished by the evil huns an ignorant portyal since Hungarians were not Germans  and had a history of being occupied by the fascist Roman Empire.
The Hungarians had a Communist Party which was supressed.

Now the 1600's propaganda was created on the printing press by either anti-semetic groups ,annexation forces of Germans in Austria, and that of other occupying forces in other countries during the Austrian German empire. Also there were elitists who developed racial theories to justify their occupation and their Empire.   Also fascism originated with Ancient Rome and perhaps Germany since population levels hint at cooperation since italy could not for long do it on own.
