The F.B.I., Police, U.S. Congress, and the U.S. Armed Forces would have difficulty suggesting that there is need of copying the constitution or the u.n. charter of human rights into a computer program since citizens might only see the uniform and not the idea. Another assumption is that the army is all about physical force and combat or operates within just the military structure rather than seeing the possibilities of the u.n. charter as a computer program. In particular an example of this mindset can be found in the character of a Full Bird Colonel of the Army Rangers approaching the character of Seeley Booth in the fifth season of Bones a television series. Further example can be seen in that overall it appears as if U.S. Citizens are far more aware of their armed forces than the United Nations an organization dedicated to preserving peace.
What I find frustrating about an organization dedicated to peace is it's seeming inability to connect computers to a u.n. computer program dedicated to stopping possible missile attacks on any nation.
Also that citizens anywhere using either this or their constitutional rights as computer programs can do so.
