League of nations set up after world war two [I say 2 since I count 1492 as start of first world war] might have been the same probllems the u.n, has in supplying people with tech to create united nations program for computers in that no one aat u.n. appeared to be aware of possibilities.
Similar problems with League of Nations when all of a sudden Japan dissappears from it and turn into imperialist power in blink of an eye. Other things which do not make since is Japan allying itself with the Nazis who thought themselves racially superior to Asians as did The Americans.
Also no explanation for what U.S. Forces were doing in The South Pacific or why Japan under League of Nations authority could not request by legitimate means u..s. fores leave.
No thought either of creating Japan as league of nations troops. One assumes u.s. will make similar mistake with China or perhaps Iraq not creating u.n. troops as defence drawn from iraqi volunteers .
Or that United Nations as a computer program could be put to use to defend airspace and such.
