I note that a cartoon in The November 25 th edition of the 2010 A.v. Valley Times talks of screenings for air port security so my critique is United nations as computer program and sattelite could be put to use first.
I note also that at least four Hollywood films make reference to sattelite and that in the 20th century in 1980's or 1960's the first well known u.s. one was one sent to spy on cuba before the cuban missile crisis .
The film 11 days portrays that as do others. In addition the films Executive decision, War films in 1980's.and numerous action films potray C.I.A. sitting around looking at sattelites depicting Middle Eastern men suspected of terrorism like Yasser Arafat, leaders on hezbollah ,others from beirut, and of course the standard no group has claimed responsibility for telling occupying forces to leave bit.
The movies always portay things as groups attacking the u.s. and saying if they do not leave lebanon well you get the hollywood script.
Instead of this the preamble to the U.N. Charter of declaration of human rights as a computer program and the articles from it to electronically scan airports could help. also to equip citizens with u.n. charter programs moves people past 20th century which the idea of air port security is stuck in.
